The element (100) i.e. wall panel (5), is made from a gravel composite (3), plastic granule composite (2) and a sealing polyurethane (PU) or urea-spray coating (40). The gravel composite comprises a PU bonding agent and dried gravel with a grain size of 0.7-1.2 mm. The PU bonding agent comprises a polyol component with additives and diisocyanate in a proportion of about 5-10 weight percent. The granule composite is formed from recycled acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and the PU bonding agent in a proportion of 10-20 weight percent.
