<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying arm device which has a wide movable range and superior positioning accuracy and maintainability. <P>SOLUTION: This conveying arm device 1 includes a first arm 11 having a base part 111 pivotally supported on a base 2, a second arm 12 having a base part 121 pivotally supported on the front end 112 thereof, a hand part 13 having a base part 131 pivotally supported on the front end 122 thereof, a first arm rotating unit 6, and a second arm rotating unit 7. The base part 131 of the hand part 13 is moved to a predetermined position by changing the angles of the first arm 11 and the second arm 12 relative to the base 2. The second arm rotating unit 7 includes a turning member 14 which is pivotally supported on the base 2 and has the same turning center 114 as the first arm 11, and a connection structure 20 for connecting the turning member 14 and the second arm 12.
