<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating switch for a game machine that not only affects the pressing force of a player's pressing operation on an operating button but also secures that the player can feel an easily-noticeable change such as not being able to press the operating button successively in a timely manner. <P>SOLUTION: The operating switch for the game machine includes: a base unit 20 mounted to a game machine body either directly or indirectly via the other member; an operating unit 30 held against the base unit 20 and moving along a predetermined straight line O1 between a protruding position where it protrudes relatively and a depressed position where it sinks relatively; a first biasing spring 11 disposed between the base unit 20 and the operating unit 30 for biasing the operating unit 30 toward the protruding position; a movement resisting mechanism 40 which produces a resisting force against that movement when the operating unit 30 moves between the protruding position and the depressed position; and a varying mechanism 50 for varying the resisting force that the movement resisting mechanism 40 produces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
