<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust needle bearing, in which deformation of a pocket caused by drawing of a material can be reduced even when bending is performed more than once to form a flange part. <P>SOLUTION: One plate member is formed into a roller retaining part and an inner-diameter side flange part, and an outer diameter side end surface is bent to punch out and form a pocket part. Finally, the plate member is bent more on the inner diameter side from the outer diameter side end surface of the pocket part to form an outer diameter side flange part where the pocket part extends. Thus, the pocket part is formed in a step right before finally forming the outer diameter side flange part, and the influence of drawing of the material by bending is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
