<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitive touch panel in which a high-quality coating film can be formed at low cost in a simple process by preventing a blank portion in the coating film and bubbles in the coating film due to incorrect positioning or the like of a mask in print coating. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitive touch panel has an electrode formed by filling an ink material in a recess 30 surrounded by a partition 20 formed on a base material 10.
