摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a surgery risk and to improve the quality of medical treatment with an adhesion evaluation by attaining standardization of measuring techniques and conditions because an evaluation method of heart adhesion has not been established up to now and there is no objective indicator for evaluating the risk of surgery by adhesion before the surgery although providing quantitative and objective indicators on the level of adhesion after cardiac surgery is expected. <P>SOLUTION: Motion information on internal organs and the surrounding tissue is noninvasively acquired by a TDI method, a texture method or a template matching method based on information on an image or the like acquired by an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, and the motion information is used to evaluate the adhesion of object internal organ tissue and the surrounding tissue. This apparatus provides the quantitative and objective indicator on the level of adhesion after cardiac surgery. The measuring technique and conditions can thereby be standardized. When the adhesion is evaluated to be serious by this apparatus, the cardiac surgery is attended with risk due to synechiotomy or the like, and the selection of more careful surgical operation and other surgical methods is demanded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
