<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "a cam mechanism and a disk drive with the cam mechanism" such that the timing when an engagement pin passes by a bent part of a cam groove and moves from a first groove part to a second groove part can be set with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: A cam mechanism 6 of the disk drive includes a pair of rotary members 61, 62 which have partial teeth 61a, 61b and can rotate coaxially, a trigger member 60 which is driven by a disk being conveyed to start the rotary member 61, a link member 63 which has a substantially columnar engagement pin 64, and a cam groove 71 which guides a movement of an engagement pin 64, the engagement pin 64 being provided with a padding part 64a. When the disk is being conveyed, the engagement pin 64 driven by the rotary member 62 moves in the cam groove 71 toward a bent part 71d, and drives and rotates the rotary member 61 after the padding part 64a moves beyond a bent part 71e of a slide wall surface 71a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
