<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint plate to be inserted in a joint part of concrete products, which prevents a heel part of a women's shoe from falling in. <P>SOLUTION: A joint plate to be inserted in a joint part of concrete products comprises at least five layers including a central layer, flexible layers which are arranged on both sides of the central layer, and surface layers which are arranged such that the central layer and the flexible layers are sandwiched therebetween.
