<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive fine particle achieving sufficient low resistance when used in electrical connection, while the conductive fine particle has a nickel-based metal layer as a conductive metal layer and is small in particle size. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive fine particle of the present invention includes: a base material particle comprising a resin; and at least one layer of a conductive metal layer formed on a surface of the base material particle. The conductive fine particle has a nickel-based metal layer formed of nickel or a nickel alloy as at least one layer of the conductive metal layer, the base material particle has an average particle size of 1.0-2.5 μm, and a film thickness (d) of the nickel-based metal layer and the average particle size (D) of the base material particle satisfy a relation of 0.0045≤d/D≤0.014. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
