<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuyere for ironmaking furnace in which even if a portion of the outer bailey of the tuyere is broken, the supply of a cooling water in the flow channel of the broken outer bailey is stopped, and the remaining outer bailey and a body part can sustainably maintain the function of the tuyere, thus prolonging a service life, and which has superior efficiency of cooling because the cooling water is entirely uniformly conveyed to a tuyere tip and enables improvement of operation efficiency by extending an operation time. <P>SOLUTION: The tuyere for ironmaking furnace has a body part in which an air blowing line is penetratingly arranged in the middle thereof. The body part comprises a truncated conical body portion having a body flow path inside, and a protrusion arranged projectingly from the body part. In the tuyere, a cover part is combined with the protrusion so that a tip body flow path is formed between the cover part and the outer peripheral face of the protrusion, an outer bailey-cooling flow path is formed inside, and the outer bailey is coupled so as to surround the cover part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
