<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information and communication device, an information and communication system, an information and communication method, an information and communication program and a recording medium that enable data to be received efficiently according to the state of communication on a route searched for and overloads due to retransmission of data to be minimized. <P>SOLUTION: Data-receivable sections in which data can be received are specified on the basis of one or more information reception avoiding sections on a route searched for. At this time, when receiving the data as divided into a plurality of sectors, the number of sectors to be received in each data-receivable section is calculated from the quantity of data receivable in the data-receivable section, and the number of sectors is determined in the units of confirming the state of reception set according to designated conditions of reception.
