<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting apparatus which properly conducts mounting work even though a component obtained from a component supply part is placed after a component, which is supposed to be mounted next, in the mounting order. <P>SOLUTION: A surface mounting apparatus 100 (component mounting apparatus) includes: a head unit 2 mounting components 110 obtained from a component supply conveyor 3 on a substrate 120 according to a predetermined mounting order; a component temporary placement part 4 where the component 110 obtained from the component supply conveyor 3 is temporarily placed before being mounted; a main control part 102 providing control so as to temporarily place the component 110, which is placed after the component 110 that is supposed to be mounted next in the mounting order, in the component temporary placement part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
