<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase strength of laminated sheets 16, 18, and to improve touch and appearance thereof by a surface sheet 9 piled up at a surface side of a fiber mat 7 of a body 11 thereof, and further to improve nonpeelability of the surface sheet 9 by raising adhesive strength of the surface sheet 9 to the surface side of the fiber mat 7 of the body 11 because of mutual bonding of a thermoplastic resin, with which a void in the fiber mat 7 of the body 11 is impregnated, with a thermoplastic resin, with which a void in the surface sheet 9 is impregnated. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminated sheets 16 and 18, the surface sheet 9 of a nonwoven fabric is laminated on the surface side of the body 11 having the fiber mat 7 including glass fiber and is exposed, the void in the body 11 and the void in the surface sheet 9 are respectively impregnated with the thermoplastic resin and the surface sheet 9 is stuck to the surface side of the body 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
