PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an increasing driving torque of a valve element, which arises with aging or the like of a hot water supply mixing valve, involves the risk that temperature control may be disabled by step-out when the hot water supply mixing valve is precisely driven.
SOLUTION: A mixing valve control apparatus includes a hot water supply mixing valve 10 which mixes and discharges hot water and water, a stepping motor 10a for changing a valve aperture by driving a valve element of the hot water supply mixing valve 10, a hot water supply temperature sensor 12 which detects the temperature of hot water supplied via the hot water supply mixing valve 10, a step-out detection means 35 for detecting a step-out state of the hot water supply mixing valve 10, and a hot water supply mixing control means 33 which controls the valve aperture of the hot water supply mixing valve 10 just by the number of feed steps corresponding to a temperature difference between the hot water supply temperature detected by the hot water supply temperature sensor 12 and a hot water supply setting temperature. The hot water supply mixing control means 33 sets a minimum value to the number of feed steps and, when the step-out state is detected by the step-out detection means 35, increases the minimum value to the number of feed steps, thereby excellently performing temperature control while suppressing the occurrence of step-out during precise drive of the hot water supply mixing valve 10.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
