摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a driver from being given any sense of incompatibility during execution of output limit control, in a system which executes the output limit control for limiting an output of an engine, when both of an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal of a vehicle are depressed. <P>SOLUTION: When both of an accelerator operation and a braking operation are detected (both of an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal are depressed) based on an output signal of an accelerator sensor 31 and a brake switch 32, a notification lamp 34 is made to execute a notification action (notification actions such as lighting or blinking or the like a display part displaying, for example "brake preference" or "torque DOWN" or "engine output limit" or the like) immediate before the execution of the output limit control, allowing the driver of the own vehicle to be notified in advance of the execution of the output limit control.
