<p>This lens device according to an embodiment acquires camera information which denotes that a camera whereon the lens device is mounted is either a first camera which is provided with an auto-focus frame display function or a second camera which does not have the auto-focus frame display function. When the camera information which denotes the first camera is obtained, as well as when the camera information which denotes the second camera is obtained and an auto-track mode is set, the location and size of the auto-focus frame are set to be changeable. Conversely, when the camera information which denotes the second camera is acquired and the auto-track mode is not set, the auto-focus frame is fixed to a preset location and size.</p> |
