<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a usage schedule of recording materials stored in a plurality of storage unit in a plurality of print jobs when printing is performed by using the recording materials stored in the plurality of storage unit. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus determines a sheet usable during printing and on each of a plurality of print jobs in a print queue, and checks whether there is a usage schedule of a plurality of sheet cassettes provided in the image forming apparatus based on results of the above determination.
