<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hand access laparoscopy device having a gel cap, a retainer, a sleeve and a retention ring. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes steps of: preparing oil; preparing a triblock copolymer; mixing the oil and the polymer to form slurry; heating the slurry and keeping the slurry at a predetermined temperature until the slurry turns into gel; degassing the slurry; and cooling the gel up to room temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
