<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration piece which has had its stress to a vibration part when mounted on-board relieved and a piezoelectric vibrator and an electronic device using the vibration piece. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration piece 10 comprises a thin part 21 having a vibration part 22 and a thick part 17 provided on a periphery of the thin part 21 and greater in thickness than the thin part 21. The thick part 17 has a mount part 12 connected in a row thereto via a buffer part 14, characterized in that the buffer part 14 has a slit 16 between the mount part 12 and the thick part 17, and the mount part 12 has chamfered parts 18 at both ends thereof in an orthogonal direction to a direction in which the mount part 12, the buffer part 14 and the thick part 17 are arranged in a row, at least part in a longitudinal direction of the slit 16 being parallel to the orthogonal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
