PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle biometric authentication apparatus that can restrict executable operations for each user while maintaining user-friendliness.

SOLUTION: The vehicle biometric authentication apparatus includes: a storage unit that stores identification biological information and operation permission information having the identification biological information and indicative of the operation of a vehicle permitted for the individual; a biological information acquisition unit that acquires user's biological information; an identification unit that identifies a user by checking the acquired biological information and the identification biological information stored in the storage unit; and an operation permission unit that by referring to the operation permission information, gets the operation of the vehicle permitted for the identified user to be operable.
