<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple imposition work substrate in which a touch panel sensor unit can be prevented from being damaged by static electricity. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel sensor unit 10 is provided in each of chip portions 71 on one face 70a of a work substrate 70. Furthermore, an outer-frame electricity removal pattern 74 having electroconductivity is provided in an outer frame portion 72 on the one face 70a of the work substrate 70. Each of touch panel sensor units 10 has a plurality of electrode patterns 13 and 15 provided in a predetermined pattern, a plurality of terminal portions 17 each of which corresponds to the electrode patterns 13 and 15, and a plurality of electroconductive patterns 14 and 16 each of which electrically connects the electrode patterns 13 and 15 and the terminal portions 17. Furthermore, on the one face 70a of the work substrate 70, a protecting layer 22 is further provided which covers the touch panel sensor units 10 partially and is connected to the outer-frame electricity removal pattern 74. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
