PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer conveying device that ensures sufficient bending gap of a stirring blade, and easily changes a shape for adjusting developer conveying capability.

SOLUTION: A developer conveying device includes a developer conveying member 44 that has a rotation shaft 60 provided with a conveying blade 61, and rotates to convey developer in the shaft direction. A flexible stirring blade 62 for stirring developer is attached to an area where the conveying blade 61 is disposed on the rotation shaft 60 in the shaft direction. The stirring blade 62 is provided to extend from the rotation shaft 60 to the outside of the outer periphery of the conveying blade 61.
