<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform electrical connection of circuit members using an anisotropic conductive material reliably even under low voltage condition, and to ensure sufficient insulation resistance between adjoining electrodes on the same circuit member. <P>SOLUTION: Insulation coated conductive particles 10 include conductive particles 8, and insulating small particles 6 adsorbed to the surface of the conductive particles 8. When the small particles 6 are dispersed into a solvent having a solubility parameter of 15-20 MPa<SP POS="POST">1/2</SP>, the degree of swelling of the small particles 6 is 1.00-1.15. The small particles 6 contain C atoms and Si atoms, and the ratio of the number of C atoms/Si atoms in the small particles 6 is 1 or larger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
