<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker capable of inhibiting dirt (oil and fat) from being exhausted to the outside of a cooking box with an inexpensive composition, while preventing a blower capability from lowering due to dirt (oil and fat) adhering on fan blades. <P>SOLUTION: The cooker includes a cooking box 1, a smoke extinguishment section 2 with a heating means 20 for cooking and smoke extinguishment, an inhalation path 3 sending the gas in the cooking box 1 into the smoke extinguishment section 2, and a wind guiding path 4 sending the heating air heated by the heating means 20 for cooking and smoke extinguishment from the smoke extinguishment section 2 to the cooking box 1 and forms a circuit 5 starting from the cooking box 1 and returning to the cooking box 1 through the inhalation path 3, the smoke extinguishment section 2, and the wind guiding path 4. In addition, the cooker includes a blowing means 51 between the smoke extinguishment section 2 and the wind guiding path 4, a discharge opening 50 discharging a part of the heating air, and a fresh air intake 10 for taking fresh air to heat a cooked object 9 by hot wind for roasting which uses the heating air sent into the cooking box 1 from the wind deriving path 4 as hot wind for roasting, wherein taken-in fresh air is supplied to the smoke extinguishment section 2 and the heated air flowing through the circuit 5 is partially discharged from the discharge spout 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
