<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance handleability of a flexible circuit board while enhancing flexibility and anti-bending properties at a part to be bent. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible circuit board 1 includes an insulation layer 2 having a first surface 2a and a second surface 2b facing away from each other, and a wiring layer 3 consisting of patterned conductors and arranged on the first surface 2a of the insulation layer 2. The wiring layer 3 includes a first part 3A and a second part 3B existing at positions different from each other on the first surface 2a of the insulation layer 2.
