<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joined body where there is no reduction in the joining strength of a joining layer even when the temperature of a brazing filler metal becomes a high temperature exceeding a temperature generating a liquid phase during machining, and which is suitable for high speed cutting and CVD coating treatment. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of joining materials made of mutually different materials are joined by the joining layer in which a liquid phase is not formed at <1,000°C. The joining materials are any one of a cemented carbide, a cermet, cBN, diamond, and steel. One joining material 1 is any one of a cemented carbide, a cermet, and steel, and the other joining material 3 is any one of cBN and diamond. A portion of the first joining material made of any one of a cemented carbide, a cermet, and steel is provided with a counterbore, the second joining material made of any one of cBN and diamond is embedded therein, and the first joining material near the second joining material is intensively heated and the materials are joined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
