<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compress a coil spring evenly without buckling. <P>SOLUTION: An electric actuator 11 is equipped with a conversion mechanism for converting a rotation motion of a motor 14 to a linear motion of a rod 21. The conversion mechanism includes a shaft member 15 connected to a rotation shaft 14a of the motor 14, a coil spring 22 disposed inside the rod 21, and pins 25, 26 which are supported by the shaft member 15 and which transmit the rotation motion of the shaft member 15 to the coil spring 22 and the rod 21. When the pins 25, 26 rotate with the rotation of the shaft member 15 and the coil spring 22 is compressed, the pins 25, 26 tilt along the inclination angle of a spiral wire material 22a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
