The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing carbon nanotube fibers and comprises a step of injecting a solution having ? unit particles which includes acetone, a catalyst and a surfactant. Unlike conventional discontinuous methods, the method for manufacturing carbon nanotube fibers of the present invention uses an injection method with a solution that delivers particles of less than 500 ? diameter, and presents an easy, continuous method for manufacturing carbon nanotube fibers by controlling the diameter of the structure and fiber. The present method for making carbon nanotube fibers provides unique carbon nanotubes which retain high purity and tensile strength properties.
