PURPOSE: A linear friction roll drive is provided to move a bogie with one driving part by preventing loss due to power transmission. CONSTITUTION: A linear friction roll drive comprises an installation frame(10), a support plate(20), a pair of central shafts(30), rotary plates(40), rollers(50), driving parts(60), and pressurizing devices(70). The installation frame is installed under a track(1). The support plate is coupled to the installation frame. The central shafts are coupled to the support frame by bearings The rotary plates are positioned above the support plate and are coupled to the central shafts. The rollers are coupled to the rear side of the rotary plates. The driving parts are coupled to the rotary plates through adjusting brackets and are coupled to the rollers through a power transmission device to rotate the rollers. The pressurizing devices adhere the rollers to a rail(8) arranged in the bogie.
