<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a sheet metal component to an optical base without any looseness, without using a screw and an adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: In the sheet metal component fitting structure for the optical pickup, a pressing portion 26 overlapping a flange portion 53 of a sheet metal component 50, projections 31 for pushing up a surface plate portion 51 of the sheet metal component 50 and pressing the flange portion 53 to the pressing portion 26, a width direction positioning mechanism B for positioning the sheet metal component 50 by sandwiching the sheet metal component 50 in a width direction W, and a depth direction positioning mechanism C for positioning the sheet metal component 50 by sandwiching the sheet metal component 50 in a depth direction D, are provided on an optical base 10, the width direction positioning mechanism B is formed by the pressing portion 26, the depth direction positioning mechanism C is formed by a step portion 28 coming into contact with the flange portion 53, and a protrusion portion 41, and a cover 60 which is mounted on the optical base 10 and is arranged in the periphery of a mounting space 74 of an optical actuator 70 can be constituted by the sheet metal component 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
