<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ni-ceria-based fuel electrode having excellent power generation performance and less susceptible to peeling even if redox cycle is repeated. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel electrode structure of a solid oxide fuel cell, the fuel electrode structure being provided with a ceria-based first intermediate layer between a fuel electrode layer and an electrolyte, a ceria-based second intermediate layer is provided between the ceria-based first intermediate layer and the fuel electrode layer. Thickness of the ceria-based second intermediate layer is set equal to 2-3 times that of the ceria-based first intermediate layer. When the amount of Ni of the ceria-based second intermediate layer is X, the amount of Ni contained in the ceria-based first intermediate layer is Y, and the amount of Ni contained in the fuel electrode layer is Z, following relation is satisfies; Y<X<Z. The NiO contained in the ceria-based second intermediate layer during production is set in the range of 35-55 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
