<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply fan speed control system, and the like, for reducing energy consumed with a dryer depending on the operating condition of a gravure printing machine. <P>SOLUTION: The air supply fan speed control system 1 determines that the gravure printing machine 10 is in a low speed condition to reduce the rotational frequency of an air supply fan 21 below a normal value, in the case where an air supply fan speed control device 2 detects that a printing speed is lower than a predetermined speed based on printing speed information 41 from an encoder 7a during the normal operation of the air supply fan 21 of the dryer 81. Further, the opening of a steam amount control valve 25 is controlled for adjusting the amount of steam supplied to a heat exchanger 23 for heating external air to be supplied to the dryer 81 based on temperature information 47 measured by a resistance thermometer bulb 29 arranged in a flow passage 22 for supplying hot air to the dryer 81 via the air supply fan 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
