<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent scattering of a component from a component disposal box which accompanies component disposal operation. <P>SOLUTION: A component mounting device includes head units 6A and 6B equipped with a plurality of heads 20, a drive mechanism for driving them, a component disposal box 40, a positive pressure supply circuit 30 (air discharge means) which has an air supply/stop switching function (negative pressure generator 34) and causes a nozzle 22 to discharge air by supplying the air to the nozzle 22, and a main control unit 52 which controls the head units 6A and 6B, and the like, for performing component disposal operation in which the head units 6A and 6B are moved above the component disposal box 40 and the air is discharged from the nozzle 22 of the head 20. The main control unit 52 controls the negative pressure generator 34 so that the head 20 starts discharging of air, with a time lag present between a first group G1 and a second group G2, based on the groups G1 and G2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
