<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting precision evaluation chip whose reflectivity in visible light is 90% or higher, with good mechanical characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting precision evaluation chip 1 is for confirming precision in mounting position of a mounter 10 for a chip-like electronic component, made from ceramic sintered body containing aluminum oxide having 94-97 mass%, silicon oxide, and at least either calcium oxide or magnesium oxide, and further made from a sintered body whose porosity is 2.5-4.5%, the number of pores is 7000-11000, and accumulated relative frequency for circle-equivalent diameter 1.6 μm or less in pore distribution is 70% or higher in terms of pores of circle-equivalent diameter 0.8 μm or higher, in the portion of surface area of 9.074×10<SP POS="POST">5</SP>μm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>in the surface of sintered body. The sintered body is suitable for the mounting precision evaluation chip 1, with reflectivity in visible light being 90% or higher and mechanical characteristic being good. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
