摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to stabilization of a system by allowing continuous operation of a system stabilizer even if detection of a rotational speed signal becomes impossible because of disconnection of an electromagnetic pickup cable and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage detection value 26, an angular speed detection value 24, a frequency detection value 29, and a valid power detection value 25 are calculated from a voltage signal 22, a current signal 23, and a rotation speed signal 21 of a synchronous generator 1, in which an excitation controller 10 of a synchronous machine is inputted with these signals as input signals. The excitation controller 10 includes input signal selection means 14 which, in the case where the frequency detection value 29 is abnormal, switches a combination of the input signals inputted in system stabilization means 13 provided in the excitation controller 10 from a combination of the valid power detection value 25 and the angular speed detection value 24 to a combination of the valid power detection value 25 and the frequency detection value 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
