<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and to improve the assembly workability of the parts for a check window provided in a reservoir tank. <P>SOLUTION: A window opening 17a of the check window 17 includes an outside opening 17b, which opens at the outside of a reservoir body, and an inside opening 17c, which opens for the outside opening 17b and at the inside of the reservoir body and smaller than the outside opening 17b in an opening area. The opening shape of the inside opening 17c is formed in a vertically long shape; longer in the vertical direction and shorter in the horizontal direction. A closing member 18, made of a transparent member, includes: a cylindrical part 18a fitted into the outer opening 17b; a disk part 18b, which closes one end surface of the cylindrical part 18a; and engagement pieces 18c, 18d, which project from the other end surface of the cylindrical part 18a to be engaged with the inner surface of the reservoir body 8b inserted into the inside opening 17c in an integrated state.
