<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, since a hologram label, after being stuck to an adherend, certifies the authenticity of the adherend, if it is possible that the hologram label is fraudulently peeled off, and reused by being stuck again to another inauthentic adherend, it becomes impossible to preserve the certification property thereof. <P>SOLUTION: One surface of a transparent base material constituting a hologram label is treated by a (surface) activation process or a (surface) inactivation process, so that, when someone tries to peel off the hologram label, only the transparent base material is easily peeled off, then predetermined characters are shown and "a pattern" is clearly emerged in a hologram reproduction image.
