CONNECTOR, AND SOCKET AND HEADER FOR USE IN THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connector which stabilizes a pull-out force to allow a socket and a header to be easily separated from each other, even when the number of arranged terminals is increased.

SOLUTION: In a connector 1, respective contacts (socket-side terminals) 22 and posts (header-side terminals) 32 are provided with locking parts 10 which engage with mating terminals to hold a coupling state between a socket 2 and a header 3. The locking parts 10 are provided only at portions to which a pull-out force F is mainly applied when the socket 2 and the header 3 are separated from each other.
