PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber reinforced plastic plate having high compressive strength, and a method of manufacturing the same.

SOLUTION: The fiber reinforced plastic plate 1 includes a matrix resin 2, and a plurality of fiber bundles 4 reinforcing the matrix resin 2. The fiber bundles 4 are laminated in a direction approximately orthogonal to the plate thickness direction of the fiber reinforced plastic plate 1.
