<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a YAG laser oscillation device which is used in locations where water use prohibition is required. <P>SOLUTION: A YAG laser oscillation device includes: a housing; a laser body installed in the housing; a temperature adjustment mechanism adjusting a temperature of air in the housing so as to be substantially constant; a first ventilation mechanism sending the air in the housing to an interior space enclosed by a cover of the laser body; and a second ventilation mechanism installed outside the housing and sending the air in the housing to the interior of a laser pump chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
