<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device which prevents disconnection between a second outlet on a rear window glass side and a hose, while suppressing increase in cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the pump device 10 for a vehicle, a pump chamber side 18D of a pump body 12 is located inside a tank 84, and a flow passage 56 for pressure reduction is formed in an end housing 24 disposed in the pump chamber side 18D of the pump body 12 and constituting a pump chamber 46. In the housing 24, the flow passage 56 communicates with a second body discharge flow passage 38B on a rear window glass side and allows a part of a fluid to flow from the pump chamber 46 into the tank 84. When the fluid sucked into the pump chamber 46 is discharged from an outlet 42B of the second body discharge flow passage 38B, a part of the fluid is returned into the tank 84 through the flow passage 56 for pressure reduction, discharge pressure at a second discharge port 76B connected to the rear window glass side is consequently reduced compared to discharge pressure at a first discharge port 76A connected to a front window glass side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
