<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam generating device that generates a foamy solution by supplying liquid and gas to a mixing unit and mixing the liquid and the gas, and suppresses occurrence of failure due to entry of the liquid into a gas supply path for supplying the gas, as well as a fixing device including the foam generating device, and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing solution foaming device has a slit groove 720b for air, the wall surface of which is a part of a wall surface that forms a gas supply path, having liquid repellent property against a liquid fixing solution 210. Accordingly, the fixing solution foaming device can suppress the liquid fixing solution 210 in a slit conveyance path 730 to spread and wet the upstream side of the wall surface of the gas supply path where the wall surface has liquid repellent property. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
