<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluating device and an evaluating method capable of previously evaluating an influence on an instrumentation system of noise generated while a power apparatus such as an inverter is installed in an actual plant. <P>SOLUTION: A noise resistance evaluating device is provided, which is composed of means 16 for measuring a transfer coefficient of a common mode current transferred from a power cable to an instrumentation cable; an optional signal generator 20 for generating a noise waveform generated in a power cable 10; a transfer characteristic computing unit 21 for inputting an optional signal and calculating that as the output of the measured transfer coefficient; a common mode/normal mode converter 22; a threshold margin computing unit 23; an integrated threshold margin computing unit 24; and an integrated threshold margin display unit 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
