<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lock structure that can stabilize the rocking of a lock member, and simplifying a structure of a casing. <P>SOLUTION: The parking lock structure 1 includes a casing 3, a lock member 5 which is rockingly accommodated in and supported by the casing 3, a gear member which is rotatably accommodated in the casing 3 and engaged with the lock member 5, and a drive shaft which is rotatably integrated with the gear member, and can prevent the rotation by the engagement of the lock member 5 with the gear member. The casing 3 includes a casing body 11 for accommodating the lock member 5 and the gear member, and a cover body 15 which is assembled to a split face 13 of the casing body 11 to cover the casing body 11.
