<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce affixing work man-hours and dispersion of affixing positions by automating the affixing work of a stripe-shaped foam seal material. <P>SOLUTION: A foam sealing material holder 3 is a tool for sucking and holding a stripe-shaped foam sealing material 2, and provided movably in the Z- and Y-directions. A plurality of hands 5 holding the foam sealing material 2 are mounted on a lower side of a connection link 4, and provided movably in Z-direction and Y-direction so as not to be interfered with the foam sealing material holder 3. A chuck 6 is a tool for peeling an end of a releasing paper 7 adhered to the foam sealing material 2, and provided slidably in the oblique direction on an inclined slide table 8.
