<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible multi-layer tube which has excellent air tightness, water tightness, contamination resistance and favorable slide performance on an inner surface, and excellent flexibility and kink resistance characteristics satisfying needs in recent years, and can be manufactured with favorable productivity, and to provide a method of manufacturing the flexible multi-layer tube with excellent productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible multi-layer tube includes; a first layer formed of a solid structure composed of thermoplastic fluororesin having a melting point of 310°C or lower; and a second layer laminated on the outer peripheral side of the first layer and formed of PTFE having a porous structure. The first layer and the second layer are adhered by thermal fusion. The method of manufacturing the flexible multi-layer tube includes: a process for covering a core material with a resin tube formed of solid structure composed of the thermoplastic fluororesin having a melting point of 310°C or lower; a process for covering the tube with a resin tube 2 formed of the PTFE having porous structure; and a process for heating and baking it at 310-380°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
