The present invention relates to functional rice containing a large amount of beta glucan, which is an important functional ingredient from Phellinus linteus, and to a method for producing same. In further detail, the present invention relates to a method for producing functional rice by: mixing husked rice and deep sea water, adding the mixture to a sterilizing vessel in which plant carbon fiber has been added, and sterilizing same; cooling and inoculating Phellinus linteus spawn, and then culturing the latter in a dark room at a humidity of 70% or more and at a temperature of 20-25ºC for 2-8 days; and in the next step, using an LED lamp for daylight culturing the Phellinus linteus spawn so as to expose same to light at a brightness of 1000 lux or more for a period of 10 days, during which period the contents are shaken about 2-3 times for 1 day, and then drying the contents for 15-30 hours at 50-70ºC. |
