<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an electrode corrosion inhibitor that inhibits corrosion of metal electrodes and to provide a light emitting device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The highly reliable light emitting device having corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and light resistance is provided by producing the electrode corrosion inhibitor that includes a siloxane compound composed of tetraalkoxysilane, methyltrialkoxysilane, trialkoxyvinylsilane, and (3-mercaptopropyl)trialkoxysilane and using the electrode corrosion inhibitor in the light emitting device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
