<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic columnar body which is not damaged by a collision with a bicycle, a man, or the like, and allows the bicycle, the man, or the like passing by the installation site thereof to be visually recognized. <P>SOLUTION: An elastic columnar body 1 is formed of a cylindrical body with an opening at an upper end. The upper end of the opening is covered with a cap 12 which comprises a cap body 121 which covers the upper end opening of the columnar body 1 and a cylindrical leg part 122 which hangs from the lower end of the cap body 121 to be inserted in the upper end opening of the columnar body 1 and has a hardness higher than that of the columnar body 1. A band metal fitting 31 of the fixture 3 winds the side wall 11 of the columnar body 1 at an upper end position overlapped with the leg part 122, having a positive effect that the band metal fitting 31 is not too tightly fastened when tightened up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
