<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance production efficiency by managing the mounting of a component on a circuit board, and the printing of circuit elements, or the like, collectively by means of a host computer. <P>SOLUTION: Mounting heads 17 of some mounting machine modules 12 out of a plurality of mounting machine modules 12 arranged along the conveyance path of a circuit board are replaced by ink jet heads 21, and mounting of a component on a circuit board and printing of a circuit element, or the like, are performed by controlling the operation of the mounting head 17 and the ink jet head 21 of each mounting machine module 12 according to the component mounting data from a host computer 23 to each mounting machine module 12. When the control unit 22 of the mounting machine module 12 creates the print pattern data based on the component mounting data, the print pattern data (e.g., shape of a resistor, number of laminations, thickness of a print layer) is calculated from the data of resistance included in the component mounting data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
